Hi, I’m Angela Radford.

Helping women reconnect with themselves, build healthier relationships, and create lives they no longer need to escape from.

If you've spent years taking care of everyone else's needs while neglecting your own, you're not alone.

Many of the women I work with feel lonely, disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, emotional eating, drinking, shopping, or overgiving. Beneath those behaviors is often a deeper need for connection, belonging, and self-worth.

I've been there myself, which is one of the reasons I'm so passionate about helping women find their way back to themselves.

My Approach

My background includes years of clinical work supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma, substance use disorders, relationship challenges, and emotional distress.

I'm certified in:

  • Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP)

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Attachment Disorders

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Trauma-Informed Care

Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I help women uncover and heal the underlying patterns that keep them stuck.

Is This Therapy?

Most therapy and coaching programs happen one session at a time.

Healing doesn't. We want REAL and lasting change.

That's why Holistic Heart & Mind combines personalized support with a growing community of women committed to connection, growth, and accountability.

In addition to individual work, clients have opportunities to participate in:

  • Small-group support sessions

  • Monthly meetups and activities

  • Educational workshops

  • Community events

Because lasting change happens when we feel supported—not isolated.

You’re Not Just A Number

We intentionally limit the number of clients we work with so that every woman receives personalized attention, individualized planning, and meaningful support throughout her journey.

You won't feel like another appointment on a calendar.

You'll have a trusted guide and a supportive community walking alongside you.
