Does this sound familiar?
You break up.
You swear this time is different.
You meet up “just one last time” for closure.
Then there’s the hug.
The kiss.
The memories.
The promises.
And suddenly you’re right back in it again.
Maybe you leave thinking things can still work.
Maybe you leave crying and hating yourself for falling for it again.
Then the texts start.
The long conversations where he explains why he lied, cheated, disappeared, drank, used, blamed you, or hurt you.
And somehow you end up defending your feelings while he defends his behavior.
You finally get angry enough to say, “I deserve better than this.”
But an hour later, you’re staring at your phone even though you blocked him.
Thinking about unblocking him just to see if he reached out.
Telling yourself you won’t answer… even though deep down you probably will.
I need you to understand something:
This isn’t because you’re stupid or weak.
It’s because toxic relationships create emotional addiction.
Your nervous system gets hooked on the chaos, the hope, the heartbreak, and then the relief when they finally come back..
I’ve been there.
That’s why I created Holistic Heart and Mind Coaching.
Not to tell women to “just leave.”
Because if it were that easy, we already would have.
I help women understand why they stay stuck, rebuild their confidence, break unhealthy attachment patterns, and start creating a life that doesn’t revolve around begging for love, reassurance, honesty or basic respect.
Healing is possible.
But it starts with choosing yourself instead of choosing the cycle one more time.

Recovery Support
I offer trauma-informed coaching for individuals healing from addiction, codependency, and self-sabotaging patterns. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS)-inspired parts work, DBT-based skill-building, and motivational interviewing to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and sustainable growth. This is holistic, non-clinical support designed to help you reconnect with your values and move through life with more clarity and intention. I also facilitate psychoeducation groups that focus on topics like nervous system regulation, healthy boundaries, and recovery resilience—creating space for learning, reflection, and connection.

Hypnosis
Hypnosis sessions are guided experiences designed to help you access deeper awareness, shift old patterns, and reconnect with your inner clarity. Whether you're looking to manage anxiety, reduce stress, improve sleep, or reduce cravings, hypnosis creates a calm, focused state where change becomes easier. Each session is collaborative, ethical, and grounded in your unique goals—always with safety, consent, and trauma sensitivity at the center.

This is a space to feel seen, build trust in yourself, and move toward your values with intention.

Before launching Holistic Heart and Mind, I worked as a therapist specializing in substance use and co-occurring disorders across various residential and outpatient settings. I also served as a Multisystemic Therapy clinician, supporting youth and families with complex behavioral and emotional needs. These experiences shaped my integrative, person-centered approach—one that honors both the science of healing and the power of human connection.

Today, I support clients through non-clinical coaching, hypnosis, and trauma-informed education rooted in modalities like DBT, CBT, IFS, and motivational interviewing. I also offer professional development for helping professionals who want to deepen their understanding of trauma, resilience, and recovery without burnout.
My goal is simple: to create space where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to change—at their own pace, and on their own terms.
Note: I do not offer clinical diagnosis or clinical treatment, and I operate within non-licensure guidelines for the state of Florida.
