Step 2: Personalized Assessment & Plan
No two women have the same story, which is why every treatment plan is customized.
We'll identify the patterns, challenges, strengths, and goals that are most relevant to your journey and create a clear roadmap for growth and healing.

Step 3: Individual Sessions
Your sessions are tailored to your goals and may incorporate evidence-based approaches including Hypnotherapy, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based interventions, trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, and recovery-focused strategies.
Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, we use the tools that best support your growth and long-term success.
